On occassion, we are able to send up a small drone carrying a High Definition video camera mounted on the base of the drone. We will stay within 400 feet as per legal limits and stay a safe distance away from people and any structures. The drone has a dead stick and return home function so if we have a failure it will return home or drop directly to ground. We do fly it manually due to the high winds in the area, and as such it takes a highly skilled drone pilot to manage stable flight. This is part of the reason we cannot guarantee flight on the day, but adds to the excitement to the other video footage being captured.
